What you will need:
- 2 bars of white baking chocolate.
- 2 candy canes
- Iced snowflakes
- Golden crunch bites
- Salted caramel fudge bites
- Glitter cake spray
How to make:
- Fill a pan with cold water and place onto the hob to boil.
- Break up the bars of white chocolate into a bowl and place on top of the pan to melt as the water begins to boil.
- Line a baking tray with foil as the chocolate begins to melt.
- Once melted, apply a smooth and even layer onto the tray, when you have used up all of the chocolate; it's time to get decorating!
- Crush up the two candy canes using a pestle and mortar then sprinkle evenly across the melted chocolate mix.
- To garnish further I added golden crunch and salted caramel bites, iced snowflakes. Then finally completing the look by spraying with a silver glitter cake spray. I found these in my local ASDA but feel free to garnish with anything you like. I favoured for anything gold and silver, just get your masterpiece looking as festive as possible!
- Finally, leave in the fridge to set. Then, cut into square pieces and ta-dah! Eat and enjoy!
And it's that simple! The perfect festive snack, easily made in just 5 quick steps. I'm also seriously candy cane mad at the moment. T'is the season for peppermint infused mochas and I love it!
